 ELITE MEN'S DOUBLES * (Top Seeded/International Players : Refer Annexure A)
 CLASSIC-A (GOLD) MEN'S DOUBLES * (Open for all U.A.E players except for seeded players)
 CLASSIC-C (SILVER) MEN'S DOUBLES * (For Beginners)
 MASTERS MEN'S DOUBLES (40 years of age or above, as on 31 October 2019)
 VETERANS MEN'S DOUBLES (45 years of age or above, as on 31 October 2019)
 MIXED-DOUBLES MIXED-DOUBLES 
 
Elite & Classic Players Instructions & Conditions
Participants for Elite and Classic will be categorised based on the seedings and the Indian Association UAQ reserves full authority to categorise the players.
Elite players cannot play in Classic category.
List of categorised players will be updated from time to time.
Tournament committee reserves the full right to change the players seedings/categories without prior notice.


General Terms & Conditions
1.Registration starts from 1 October 2019. Last date for registration is 31 October 2019.
2.A player can participate in not more than 3 categories.
3.Registration fee for Doubles will be AED 150 per team (payable at the office of Indian Association Umm Al Quwain).
4.All players are required to bring their EMIRATES ID (as proof of identity and visa status) to the venue. Failure to submit the EMIRATES ID will result in disqualification of the team.
5.The Tournament is open to UAE Residence Visa holders only.
6.Visit-Visa/Tourist Visa holders are not eligible to participate.
7.Participants for Elite and Classic will be categorised based on the seedings and the Indian Association UAQ reserves full authority to categorise the players.
8.Touranment committee reserves the full right to change the players seedings/categories without prior notice.
9.Participants for Master's Group should be 40 years of age or above, as on 31st October 2019.
10.Participants for Veteran's Group should be 45 years of age or above, as on 31st October 2019.
11.Tournament will be conducted as per the rules and regulations of BWF.
12.Decision of the UMPIRE/CHIEF REFREE will be Final and Binding.
13.Players are requested to report to the courts 30 mins before the time of the matches.
14.Walkovers will be given if participants do not turn up in time for their matches. However half an hour grace period will be allowed.
15.The Indian Association UAQ reserves the right to disqualify the participant(s) at any stage of the tournament if the information provided by the player(s) is incorrect.
16.The decision by the Indian Association UAQ officials will be final and binding for any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related to this tournament.
17.A minimum of 8 teams are required for a category. If the requirement of minimum no of teams are not met, then that category will be cancelled for the tournament
